Appointment Information and My Accreditations

Initial Consultation:

Your treatment will commence with an initial free consultation (please note that no hypnosis takes place in this session). I talk to you about what you are looking to achieve and explain what we can do to help.  I will talk to you about the brain and what happens when we are struggling with anxiety, depression or anger. This appointment gives you chance to decide if hypnotherapy is for you and there is no obligation to proceed after this initial consultation.

Sessions:

Sessions last for 50-60 minutes and we work quickly. The average number of sessions that a person will need is usually between 6 and 12, but sometime less or more depending upon each individual’s needs. You will be able to judge how well you are progressing and how many sessions you will need. Sessions begin on a weekly basis, and this can change to fortnightly, monthly etc as progress is made.

Specific phobias such as spiders or flying etc can be dealt with in four sessions (initial consultation and three sessions) and are a set price.

Prices:

Initial consultation – Free

Subsequent sessions - £70

Block of 6 sessions - £350

Phobias (initial consultation and 3 weekly sessions) - £150

Further Information:

Sessions are currently only held in person.

Please ensure that you arrive on time for your session as there may be an appointment booked after you. Arriving late will reduce the time we have available together.

Payment is to be made at the end of your session by debit/credit card, cash or bank transfer.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation and I shall try to move your appointment to another slot wherever possible.
